Columbia made a deal to solve the drug trafficking and the terrorism that are
affecting the two countries. The deal
would give the US access to air bases in Colombia to gather intelligence and
support operations against drugs production and terrorism.

Pharisien gives examples in ways to show how and why the world can’t come to
one simple conclusion about the recession.
She says, “whether or not we are in a recession, depends on who you talk
